Library Services and Academic Skills Support During COVID-19: Contact us for Library Help

Contacting the Library

  • Library staff will be available on live chat Monday – Friday 09:00 – 18:00 and Saturday and Sunday 13:00-18:00 (excluding bank holidays and college closure days)
  • Email library@gold.ac.uk for any enquires, and if needed they will forward it on to the correct people

Find Your Subject Librarian

Subject Librarians are available to support you with your studies while you are working away from campus. Academic Support Online One-to-Ones:

  1. Choose a date and time.
  2. Once you have booked successfully, you will receive a confirmation email
  3. Your booking will appear in your Outlook calendar when the tutor accepts the appointment, at which point you will be given the option to join the session. Please only join on the day and time of your appointment.

Royal Literary Fellows Online One-to-Ones:

Book Suggestions

  • You can make suggestions for purchase of eBooks using our online form.
  • Liberate My Degree suggestions will be e-only if available. Print will be ordered at a later date. Find details on how to suggest books on the Liberate My Degree page
