Reading Lists: What is Reading Lists

What is Reading Lists @Gold?

Reading Lists @ Gold is an online system of communicating reading list requirements to students. It gives them quicker, easier access to the materials they need.

It links students directly to online resources that Goldsmiths provides and tells them what physical copies are available in the Library.

The online reading list service:

  • Provides easy access to resources, and improves student experience
  • Supports Goldsmiths’s commitment to equality by making resources accessible
  • Supports teaching and learning by ensuring students can access essential resources
  • Uses data gathered via Reading Lists @ Gold to inform essential purchasing for library stock.

Summer 2021: Please send any Summer reading lists for updating or creating on the online platform to readinglists@gold.ac.uk

Autumn 2021: The deadline for submitting Autumn Term 2021 lists is Friday, 2nd July, with June/July 2021 the optimum time for list submission.

Lists submitted to readinglists@gold.ac.uk for creation after this time cannot be guaranteed to be ready for the beginning of term.
