Reading Lists: Academics: Linking Lists to learn.gold (VLE)

Follow the instructions in this guide to embed your reading list:

Please re-link lists after rollovers: Even if your reading list is already embedded, please check that the list is linked correctly to your 2023/24 learn.gold page before the start of term.

Unfortunately, rollovers on both the reading list system and learn.gold require each link to a reading list to be re-linked after rollover. This includes embedded whole lists and sections of lists.

To re-link lists and list sections:

1. Click on the reading list link on your module page
2. Search for your list using the module code, course or list title
3. Select the list or list section you want to link to
4. Click ‘save’ at the top of the reading list window to confirm your choice:

Final check:

1. Check the reading list link on your module page works: it should bring you to the list. If it doesn’t, try linking again.
2. If re-linking doesn’t work, contact TaLIC or readinglists@gold.ac.uk for further support.
